Shipping policy

Lysis ships worldwide. We ship each of our items from our Studio based in Paris in order to control the quality of the item you bought.

As we are a small company, we cannot yet afford to cover the shipping costs, but we are working hard to get optimal shipping fees.

We encourage slow delivery options in order to protect the environment; hence some orders can take up to 10 working days to be delivered in remote places; but we always try to keep it below 7 working days.

We understand that some occasions require express delivery and we partner with Chronopost in order to offer the fastest service (no guilt!), which delivers within 2 to 5 working days.

The order tracking number will be shared once the item is shipped.

For orders shipped to countries with specific custom rules (such as the US), please be aware that you may be asked for your IRS, EIN or SSN number before enabling delivery to your address. 

We cannot guarantee that you will be exempted from import duty tax. This might be required by the custom when your package reaches the destination custom. 

No tax will be required for the European Union. You can simulate your custom fee using our custom duty calculator*.

Holidays: Please note that some delivery times may take longer during the holidays as some of our partners might be closed. Should there be any delay, we will do the best we can to update you on the status of the order as soon as possible.

 

Return policy

If you want to return your item, you have 14 days after the reception of your order to return it and be refunded (excluding shipping fees).

Please note that the cost to return an item is at your expense.

The item must be returned in the exact same condition as when it was received, including the original packaging and the label (when relevant). If not, we will not be able to accept the return and refund.

To return your item, send an email  to: contact@lysisparis.com with your order number and advise your return and the reason if this is relevant.

Refunds are made in a maximum of 15 working days after the item has been received in our Atelier. You will be advised by email when the payment has been made.

 

 

Shipping costs including insurance

On rare occasions, packages get lost. For that reason, we always subscribe to insurance. Insurance protects the buyers in case the item gets lost or damaged. The price of the insurance is a percentage of the value of the item and is included in our shipping fees.
